The Assessment Plus 360 Feedback process offers a unique opportunity for individuals to learn how their direct reports, peers, customers and managers perceive their leadership effectiveness and behavior. Leaders are able to compare their own self perceptions to the perceptions of others, uncovering blind spots and hidden strengths. They also gain insights on how they measure up against what their organization needs and wants from its leader.
Assesses an individual’s:

- Behaviors and how it impacts coworkers
- Areas in need of improvement and how to approach
Assessment includes five phases including:
- Initiation and Scope phase
- Survey Administration phase
- Reporting phase
- Interpretation and Action Planning phase
- Measurement Improvement phase
