Frank Joseph – President, CenterPoint: Developing Strategic Leadership
Frank D. Joseph brings over 20 years of experience in research and practice in individual, team, and organizational development. His work integrates the development of body, mind, heart, and spirit to achieve high performance in individuals, teams, and organizations with clients including AT&T, Ingersoll-Rand, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and Carolinas Medical Center. He has facilitated extended leadership programs in Asia, Europe, and Latin America with multi-cultural executives and leadership teams and has coached executives in leadership roles around the globe.
Prior to establishing CenterPoint, Frank served in leadership roles at Drake Beam Morin, Lead Associates, Penn State University, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and Winthrop University and was the Dean of Students on the Semester at Sea program, where he directed the activities of 500 passengers including American students, Chinese crew, and an Irish Captain on a voyage around the world. His Semester at Sea experience also includes the study of Global Organizational Development on a voyage around the Pacific Rim.
Frank has served as President of the award-winning Charlotte area Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and Vice President of Leadership Charlotte. He has both a bachelors and masters degree from The Pennsylvania State University and has attended UNC Charlotte, Winthrop University and Queens University. He has completed 5 marathons and over 50 triathlons including events for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Duke Medical Center Iron Distance triathlon.
