Developed by Dr. Robert Hogan, the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) evaluates the eleven pervasive behavioral tendencies – deeply ingrained personality traits that affect leadership styles and actions. The HDS is the only business-related inventory that measures the dysfunctional behavioral patterns that block career success.
